* Vote to accept minutes of previous AGM
* Committee Report
* Financial Report
* Committee Election
* Chair declates all Committee positions open
* Declaration of all valid Committee position Nominations received
* Call for Nominations for any positions for which no Nominations
have been received
* Any positions which have had only one nomination received are
declared elected
* Elections called for any Committee position for which more than
one Nomination has been received
* Candidate Speeches
* Voting Commences
* Polls close 30 minutes later
* Votes tallied
* Winners Declared
OTHER FEATURES
