This is pretty much theoretical best-practice and not that far from where the meetings currently are. Please add/edit or comment as you see fit.
Troy
- 7:00  - Arrive at the hall (usually committee members) Setup chairs, tables and BBQ hardware. (people are generally happy to help if present early)
- 7:30  - Official start time - Generally 'Free discussion' for approximately 30 mins to allow latecomers.
- 8:00  - Introduction and welcome by MC and overview of the evenings content.
- 8:10  - Break for food and drink
- 8:30  - MC to give Committee report, Financial report and interactive Regional area updates with the group.
- 9:00  - Presentation or Discussion topic.
- 9:30  - as above - or continue.
- 10:00 - Meeting wrap up, encourage people to stay and chat. Pack up chairs tables and BBQ equipment.
- 10:30 - Meeting close
