Spelling: NodeKIW
This is the West end of the proposed HopeLink [1] network, which will
connect the 2 furtherest ends of Hope Street in Brunswick West.
This or a similar link is required to join a few proposed nodes in
Brunswick with nodes in West Brunswick, the motivation is to get sites
with access to the first release NBN in Brunswick back to the area of
West Brunswick that has no NBN access and is on the exchange boundary,
so has poor access to ADSL2+.
We're considering putting the node up on the power pole Pictured Here
[2] using a descrete antenna design like This one [3]
A friend owns a property near by which can provide power to the node,
this node may also reach 2 or 3 other near by nodes.
