best LOS distance is North West to the side of the Footscray West
hosptal
E, NE, SE not very good except for a few 'open spots'
as there is the Old persons home Pickett/Paisley st to ENE(east
north-east ie between NE and E)
ESE pub across road( Victoria/ Harts)
scattered trees also block a lot of the view this way
