10/04/07 - rebuilt node using an old laptop
EQUIPMENT
I currently own an old laptop, a senao/veritech 200mW card, and an
8dbi omni antenna.
I run Debian GNU/Linux - is there anything else?

squid proxy also allows access to web sites on my LAN, and to the
melbournewireless.org.au web site.

PLANS
PROBLEMS
I am at the bottom of the Merri Creek valley. This makes LOS to
anywhere else quite difficult.
