OEM FIRMWARE
Ok, so Minitar have decided to create a sourceforge project to allow
hacking
No code up there yet.
{http://sourceforge.net/projects/mwgap Sourceforge ) project
No firmware on the support page yet. Well, no revision yet so makes
sense
No source on the support page, It will probably not be there - refer

MODIFICATIONS / ADDON\'S
There is a header on the board for adding a serial console.
Minitar will be selling a serial adapter ( no details yet ).
You can use the same Maxim TTLRS232 conversion as was done
for the MNWAPB and the WRT54.
The header is J1
Vcc (3.3V ) -- 3 2 -- Vss ( ground ) Rx -- 4 1 -- Tx
Bauderate: 38400 8N1
while booting drops you into the bootloader
DISCUSSION
Ok, now I have one I'm getting hacking on it. My objective is to get
OpenWrt [16] running. I'll contribute patches to the sourceforge
project.
Things to be done:
* Apply Lexra compiler patches to buildroot
* Add CSYS image packing to buildroot
* Add lxloader to buildroot.
* Change from using embedded initrd to using jffs2 root filesystem
* port RTL radio and ethernet drivers to buildroot
* apply patches to hardware bootloader to allow bootwait loading( to
flash or RAM )
