Spelling: CouncilRegulations
Different councils have various by-laws governing all sorts of things.
Before installing a mast, you should consult your councils planning
officer to ensure your installation will be legal.
In Victoria, there is a Telecommunications Facility Code Of Practice
[1] that sets the law for facilities in Victoria. Councils often adopt
these as the de-facto standard, but sometimes make subtle and
important changes. The thing you will probably be most interested in
is if your council has altered the allowable height from the standard
5 metres.
