Inform the committee about:

Who are we.
What we are doing
How are we doing it - 2.4 GHz spectrum, 802.11b, antennas etc.
Why we are doing it - fun of technical challenge, experiment with networking, free bandwidth.
Benefits to community.
Regulatory issues WRT our goals - requirement for continued use of spectrum and reasonable power limits, possibility of needing a carrier license, carrying internet traffic (BTW, what's the situation if people start offering mail/news/irc gateways to content on the wider internet?) etc.
