+[MCXConnector MCX-Connectors] are 50 Ohm [CoaxialCable coaxial cable] connectors designed for frequencies up to 6 GHz.

+"MCX" stands for "Micro-CoaX". The [MCXConnector MCX-Connector] was designed in the 1980's, and is very similar to [SMBConnector SMB-Connectors], although about 30% smaller, and lighter. The [MCXConnector MCX-Connector] has snap-on mating, although was not originally designed for movement during use.
