Using a Dlink DWL-520 PCI card ( Intersil Prism 2 ) mated to a P166 running unix as an access point( transparent tcp/ip )to cable.
You may use your own bigpond.net.au ADSL or Cable account for external access.

Currently I am only running with 2db omni - range only 100m
I have a win2000 server running with a few share directories and a drop box.
