WHAT IS IT?
NoCatAuth [4] is an authentication system to allow access from a
public WiFi [5] network to the equally public Internet.
WHY WOULD I WANT IT?
* Access may need to be restricted due to the restrictive nature of
the AUP's (Acceptable User Policies) that some ISP's have.
* You've got no know bandwidth available when you need it .
* You can't work out why you've been kicked, capped or banned from
YOUR connection.
WHERE IS IT?
The NoCat [6] wiki [7], the Home site [8] or perhaps O\'Reilly\'s
article [9] may satisfy any further queries you have.
