A CLIENT IS A DEVICE OR COMPUTER ON A NETWORK THAT REQUESTS DATA FROM
OR USES THE RESOURCES OF A SERVER [1].
In the Wireless world, a Client is a device or computer that is
connected to an Access Point [2] using BSS Mode [3]. Wireless network
cards are sometimes called CLIENT CARDS and are usually PCMCIA [4],
PCI [5] or MiniPCI [6] cards. They allow laptops and desktop PCs (the
Clients) to connect to a wireless network.
