The 6bone is an IPv6 testbed to assist in the evolution and deployment
of IPv6, the next generation Internet network layer IP protocol.
The 6bone operates under the IPv6 Testing Address Allocation of
Experimental RFC 2471, allocated by the IPv6 effort of the IETF.
