All swap meet traders should have their own insurance & by attending agree to indemnify both Melbourne Wireless & the hall or facilities owners or stakeholders from any claims or losses arising from the traders activities. All traders must comply with the applicable laws relating to their industry and must abide by all state and federal laws in relation to the sale of goods and services. Any trader found to be engaging in deceptive or mis-leading conduct will be banned from operating at events hosted by Melbourne Wireless.
