Licensing

Q: Is this legal? Don't you need a carrier's license?

A: As far as we know, yes it's legal, and no we don't need a carrier license.

The devices themselves have what is known as a "class license", meaning that as long as they abide by the rules when they are manufactured, they are deemed to be legal for use in Australia.

2.4Ghz is a unlicensed spectrum band, and we are a non-commercial group. See this ACA questionnaire: External linkhttp://satin.sensation.net.au/aca-carrier-qnaire.jpg
