Client
A Client is a device or computer on a network that requests data from or uses the resources of a Server.
In the Wireless world, a Client is a device or computer that is connected to an Access Point using BSS Mode. Wireless network cards are sometimes called Client Cards and are usually PCMCIA, PCI or MiniPCI cards. They allow laptops and desktop PCs (the Clients) to connect to a wireless network.
