CAN I ACCESS THE INTERNET THROUGH MELBOURNE WIRELESS?
Not unless you make a private arrangement with a member who is
willing to share their connection, you should also have an agreement
with any other nodes that are between you and them as a matter of
courtesy.
At one time the Melbourne Wireless network did have a connection to a
large peering point and people were able to access that content (eg,
PlanetMirror [4])
