VOIP AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS ?

anybody know about VoIP [5] and its implementation process?

-------------------------

I FIND IT HARD TO GRASP THE FIELD OF EMISSION OF THE VARIOUS STYLES OF
ANTENNAE.

Is there somewhere I can find images which demonstrate the direction
and magnitude of signal coming from the antenna, either in a view on
the X, Y and Z plane or super-imposed on a 3D model of the antenna?

UPDATE: Answered my own question: How to Pick the Right Antenna. [6]
This seems like an awesome article, by the way (The link has now
been added to the Antenna [7] page)
