Background

The picaxe is a great pic device that has greatly simplified programming.
It allows you a large range of interfacing options from lcd's to servos to temp sensors etc etc....

OS version used

openwrt RC5 (2.4 kernel)

Hardware used

WRT54g with direct connection to the picaxe with a voltage drop resistor pair to drop 5v to 3.3v on the rs232.

melb_ap 8/7/08 : I've got this runing on the WRT , i had to do some searching to find stty for openwrt to set the serial port correctly, and get the right inversion of the signal. Then away it went and works great !

I have this in my toolkit now pending a use for it's abilities.
