Paul's place is two stories, but the area is in a depressed (or low-level) state, very close to the south-eastern freeway and the yarra river, so it is limited vantage point.  Good view north (to the epworth hospital) as well as most of cremorne, looking north towards richmond hill.  Also a good view back towards south yarra hill. %%%
