11/10/03 still gathering all the parts.
01/06/04 Now up and running with 8dB Omni and the SVEC on a short tail
under the roofline of the upper storey approx 15m above ground.
I'm trapped in a valley and do not have good LOS to the west. North, South and East is OK. 
Point your beam to the corner of St.Helena Rd and Wallowa Rd.
