OEM Firmware !! Alternate Firmware !! Support Forum !! Misc Notes & Links !! Modifications / Addon's The (probable) internal U.Fl connectors means external antennas could be added to this device. Stev391: Nope, the internal connectors (2) are not U.Fl they are only there as test points, which are not suitable for permanent connections. The easiest way to hack this is to unsolder the external antenna and solder your own coax in. The only problem that I can see is that there are matching/filter SMD near the solder point so the impedance might not be at 50 Ohms. Another solution would be to cut off the test connectors and try there to overcome the impedance/filter circuit. !! Discussion It would ge good to know the maximum USB cable length this device can tolerate. Some 802.11b USB client adaptors can successfully operate over at least 10 metres of USB cable. A USB hub is needed at the far end of the cable though. !! Related devices [Senao-NUB362 Senao NUB-362 b/g USB Adaptor] [Senao-NUB362-EXT Senao NUB-362(EXT)USB Adaptor with External antenna connector]
