[Rgsouthern] List up in test mode.

As you've probably seen, the list is back in it's new form.

I have to stress that this is in test mode only at this stage. It may  
do strange things, it may break unexpectedly, cause you to wear fluro  
pants, make your cat and dog live in harmony, or create mass hysteria.

In theory - all *should* work. I'm also experimenting on gating this  
mailing list to the newsgroup at news.wireless.org.au to group  
aus.wireless.groups.melbournewireless.rgsouthern (which seems broken  
at this point).

So, give it a whirl, and lets see what happens. :)
